Quotes of Note | “What’s Valuable…”

This was shared during the commencement exercises at on of our local schools. One of the members of my church thought that I would appreciate it. I did and I hope you do as well.

  1. lukesmith1984 – I am 29 years old and married to my best friend, Kimberly. We have been married for four years. We were both raised in Georgia and a few months ago God called us to Lynchburg, VA. We are currently attending Liberty University. I am seeking a Bachelors Degree in Religion and Kimberly is pursuing a Bachelors Degree in Elementary Education. We are both pastor's kids and God called me to preach His gospel when I was 25 years old and I served a local church in Cordele GA before moving to VA. We are excited about the future as we pursue God's purpose for our lives. Above all else we are followers of Christ and we believe He alone is worthy of our admiration and devotion. We are excited to continue this journey with our Savior.

Hey, Joel Turner is my cousin’s husband lol. He gave the commencement speech at Crisp Academy. We were down there last week and was hoping to see you guys. Kim said y’all were gone out of town. We miss you guys and hope to see you soon.

    1. Yeah, someone from the church was there and shared with me that quote. It was really good, so I had to share it. I hate that we couldn’t meet up. We were in Puerto Rico for a family event. We had a good time.
