This past week I started a new venture with a good friend of mine, Josh McLemore. The new show is called “Memeing Jesus.”
So, what is a meme? The word was coined by renowned atheist Richard Dawkins as a way of describe how cultural ideas tend to spread like a virus through culture. Well, what he meant to be negative we want to take and make into a positive. The idea behind the show is to talk about topics and ideas that are difficult, controversial, awkward or just plain dumb. We want to look at the crazy side of the church and try to make some sense of it.
